Meet the Team
The Team

Joshua Strasburg
Owner/Lead Carpenter
Joshua began woodworking as a child with his grandfather. When he was a young adult, he worked as a carpenter's apprentice,
learning the basics of decks, staircases and finish trim work. After completing a degree in Building Construction Management
from Purdue University, Joshua founded Strasburg Construction. His goal is to provide superior craftsmanship through
solid skills, quality products and a strong work ethic.

Jennifer Strasburg
Office Manager
Jennifer joined the firm in 2002 when she and Joshua married. She learned the business from the ground up by working
as Joshua's assistant on the job sites. In 2004, Jennifer retired from field work to concentrate on the administrative
duties involved in running the office. Like Joshua, she is committed to working hard to provide our clients with the
same high-quality work we would expect for ourselves.

Andrew Riley
Senior Crew Member
Senior Crew Member Andrew Riley came to Strasburg Construction in 2004. He is pursuing a degree in Electrical and
Computer Engineering Technology at PNC. Drew is an accomplished musician with an interest in mastering the art of
building guitars. When he is not occupied with school, music and providing excellent service to our clients,
Drew enjoys fishing.

Nate Ward
Crew Member
The newest addition to the Strasburg Construction team is Nate Ward. Like Drew, he enjoys music. He also enjoys
sports, particularly coaching his church's softball team. Nate would like to pursue full-time youth work in the
future. For now, his interest in people and his desire to help them have the best life has to offer make Big Nate
a valuable contributor to our commitment to customer satisfaction.
